SLIDESHOW FROM MY MONTPELLIER TRIP

I just returned from a school trip with my French class to Montpellier. We spent the week living with French families, attending a language school, and going on short excursions. We spoke a lot of French and ate lots of good food. 

I also — unsurprisingly — took lots of photographs. I focused predominantly on composition (especially in my shots of my peers) and colour (I thought the contrast between the yellow/beige architecture and the grey/blue sky was visually interesting). 

One of the last days of the trip we did a scavenger hunt around the main area of Montpellier. While we were doing the hunt, we also had a photography competition. My team won (I took all the photographs I am not in). 

I have put together a little slideshow with my pictures. They go by quite quickly — I initially made the video for Instagram, but I don't think I'm going to post it.
