It's a Match! (Liv Fugger)

This was a really fun two day shoot! It was great to meet a few new people in the Oxford filmmaking scene (I joined the production as the Sound Recordist). The script was short and funny: the female protagonist goes on a series of dates looking for her match. We got to film in Turf Tavern (a popular pub in Oxford) and G&D's (a famous ice cream store in Oxford). 

The first day was long – we were attempting to shoot the whole film in one day – but there was a very positive atmosphere and we all enjoyed it. 

Unfortunately, we were shooting on OUFF's new camera and we did not know that the C-Fast cards used with the previous Blackmagic Mini Ursa were not compatible with the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera. We lost several scenes of footage (they disappeared from the card) and we are unsure when we will be able to reshoot. We are very disappointed, but we are also optimistic that we will be able to reshoot the scenes even better.
